Your Body Is Always Communicating
Your body communicates with you every day. Through sensations, energy levels, emotions and subtle changes, it is constantly giving you information.
Sometimes these signals are obvious. At other times they may be easy to overlook, especially when life is busy and we have become used to simply carrying on.
Learning to notice these signals can be the first step toward understanding your body in a different way. Not by judging what you feel, but by becoming curious about what your body may be trying to tell you.
Start by Listening
A change in energy, tension in your body, restless sleep or simply feeling different than usual can all make you stop and pay attention. Your body has its own way of asking for your awareness.
Become Curious
Instead of immediately asking “What is wrong with me?”, you can begin with a different question: “What is my body telling me?”
