The story of AO Scan began more than forty years ago, when Loran Swensen started searching for ways to support his son, who had cerebral palsy. His journey took him around the world, where he explored different approaches and learned from experts across a variety of fields.

Over the years, the knowledge and insights gathered during that journey contributed to the development of what is now known as AO Scan Technology — frequency-based software that has continued to evolve over several decades.

Today, AO Scan is used as a wellness and educational tool to explore frequency-based information and gain a different perspective on the body.

Learn Your Body Lab began with curiosity — a desire to understand the body beyond what we can see on the surface.

The human body is constantly communicating. Through physical sensations, energy, emotions and subtle changes, it gives us signals every day. But many of us were never taught how to recognize or understand those signals.

My own journey led me to explore frequency-based wellness and technologies such as AO Scan. What started as curiosity gradually became a deeper interest in the connections between the body, frequency and wellbeing.

That is where Learn Your Body Lab was born.

Not as a place that tells you what is wrong with your body, but as a place that encourages you to become curious about it. To ask questions. To explore different perspectives. And above all, to learn to listen to what your own body may be telling you.

Because the more we learn about our bodies, the more consciously we can participate in our own wellbeing.
